The Message behind the numbers – J&K , Jharkhand Poll verdict !!

The latest rounds of state assembly polls held for states Jammu and Kashmir , Jharkhand have seen incredibility at its peak , be it the un believable voter’s turn out  or the advent of the so-called rightist forces , the recent polls saw history in the making . Both Jharkhand and Kashmir being prone to militancy , which is internal (Maoists ) in case of Jharkhand , while anti-national and mostly , foreign sponsored forces in Kashmir , event free elections was nothing less than a distant dream for every local resident of the regions .
Thus , this was underlined as one of the toughest litmus test for the MODI-fied  BJP , both as smooth conductance of the electoral process as well as appearing with distinction for the electoral results . Kashmir , as always , has been a central part of India’s foreign policy as also it is the central topic of differential opinion between siblings India and Pakistan , the blowing of electoral hoot in Kashmir
drew spectacles from all diplomatic angles . As expected and witnessed , it also saw an increased and magnified offensive by the militants , who are mostly neighbour sponsored  , to disrupt the conductive environment for successful draw of opinions . But the most remarkable optimism in the valley was the relatively softer stand of the separatist forces from people participating in delivering the mandate . The electoral campaigns saw the PM draw war lines against all regional political forces , as the valley witnessed the most frequent and widespread public addresses by any prime minister thus far  .
The situation wasn’t much of a difference in
Jharkhand , where Maoists tried their best to disrupt the electoral process , resulting in one of their most brutal attacks on security forces , as the PM and other star campaigners including the Congress president addressed each other with venom sprayed syllables . Thus , election campaigning was at its highest peak in both the states , as also was the counter-insurgency efforts of security forces against the respective enemies .
Five rounds of polling were conductive with huge success both in terms of peaceful polling and the polling numbers , as India saw remarkable growth in the vote percentage of the valley , which sometimes surprisingly left Jharkhand behind in terms of voter’s turn out . With each
round of polling the nation waited with a thumping heart for what could be a vintage outcome . There were several individuals , parties both regional and national that were part of the candidates’ list , but the only question which caught every one’s , supposedly even the candidates’ fantasy was – Will Modi magic see the BJP turn into a formidable political force in the states and the most important of all – Can the BJP form a strong government in J&K ?? Can history be destined to happen this winter ??
The answers to these were only bound by the EVMs .
As counting began , 23rd turned a chilly winter morning to be the hottest day of December . As trends flowed out of the ballot boxes , India saw the BJP come threateningly close to the finish line , i.e the majority . As India sat glued to the blue screens , numbers confirmed the first majority government formed for Jharkhand , something that must have been a sigh of relief for the local denizens , who had seen all sorts of political imbalance in the last tenure . And then unfurled the much awaited mandate , the Kashmir mandate saw the BJP get its best possible mandate , a mandate that for the first time made it a deciding body of J&K politics . Clearly , people had , in both regions voted for a change , a change from the traditional blame game of politics , a change from the stalled state of both the region , a change to push things forward . As best described by the man himself , people had “rejected the bullet , and selected the ballot over it” , the MODI- magic as termed prevailed , the BJP passed it’s Litmus test with flying colours .

As this article concludes , there begins the dawn of a new era for people of both J&K and Jharkhand as the leading party , flexes its muscles for government formation in both the regions .

“ The Last Take up – MH 370 ”

Chen Jing was back after a long boardroom event , and was longing to meet his darling daughter back home . He had just completed his routine flight check-in , something he was used to with his regular business trips down Kuala Lumpur , when Capt. Shah announced “ Passengers , this is your Captain , Welcome to Malaysian Airlines ” , and Chen retired to his seat , fantasying of playing his little daughter on waking up . Similar 239 stories were brewing in the minds of all passengers aboard MH 370 , a Malaysian Airlines passenger flight scheduled overnight from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing , th March , 2014 .
China . But the saddest Irony for all 239 passengers and 12 crew members was that , they are yet to find their way back home , ever since their last take up from the Kuala Lumpur International Airport on 8
MH 370 has yet again shown the world , the difference between the human reach across the digitised world over the internet and the actual geographic ambit of the globe , when united forces across the globe have pumped in all resources to kick start the largest global search event , and are yet to establish the actual story behind the mysterious disappearance of all aboard members of the Malaysian flight ,  that has turned out to be the ghastliest suspense script that unfolded this calendar year .
It all began when a little around midnight , when MH 370 responded to its last hourly handshake with the ATC officials over the South China Sea . Crew members failed to establish contact with the ATC as scheduled and the last response to a relay message sent through the captain of another captain was recorded to be “ mumbling and static ” . Although this wasn’t the first instance that the flight had failed to establish response whilst it was air-borne , it had happened briefly during the flight just after take up . Soon after the crew failed to respond , the flight had remarkably deviated from its scheduled
path and soon disappeared from the ATC radar and later from the military radar , the last position recorded as it headed over the Andaman sea and was never traced thereafter .
Shortly after its scheduled arrival at Beijing international airport , the flight was yet to be traced and the Malaysian government officially acknowledged the missing flight . A search and rescue mission was initiated as several theories , mostly rumours surfaced about the possible act behind the missing plane . Hours turned into horrid days , as there was no trace of the tragic flight . Global concerns were expressed about the missing 239+12 humans , as world forces joined efforts to solve the mysterious disappearance of the flight . Various possible theories were taken into account , as all possible regions were scanned thoroughly for any evidence or remnants in case of a mishap .

Days turned into months as several angles investigated upon , from passenger hijack plots to terrorist suicidal attack to crew unresponsiveness , without any satisfactory conclusions . Ultimately , with no progress into the lost flight , Malaysian Airlines and the Malaysian PM announced MH 370 to have ended flight at the last point of vision in the military radar and all aboard declared dead as international efforts are still on to track the last take-up ……

“ Caught unawares : Humanity along the LOC “

The International border dividing twin siblings India and Pakistan has always been a point of constant action right since the inception of the two-nations theory . More often than not , there is a ongoing catfight between the Border Security Force ( BSF ) and the Pakistani Rangers , with undeterred gun shots by both sides , taking pot shots on several cease fire treaties signed by the diplomatic heads in the 67 years affair . While both sides complain of the other to have provoked an unprovoked firing , these incidents caught the worldly sights when mortar shells landed on a Indian village , at the brinks of the Line of Control (LOC) , resulting in several casualties , including five deaths , of civilians caught unawares in their wildest dreams . This was followed by an insulting refusal by the Pakistani regiments to the regular exchange of sweets , a part of the peace treaties , on occasion of Eid .
Following these , the new hard-line hindutva Indian diplomacy asked the army to escalate replies to unprovoked gun shots , which were told to be “efficient , appropriate and immediate “ . There was also a directive to reject all talks for a flag meeting between the firing lines , unless those gun shots stop . Since then , there are mortars (82 mm) landing on Indian homes , covered with incessant firing , which are being replied by firing , with an occasional mortar shot (81 mm) and rocket-propelled grenades . Several casualties have been reported , with varying numbers , but clearly taking a greater toll on the Pakistani troopers , who are far too less competitive to their Indian counterparts .
But all along this , if there is something in common to both sides , then it is the irreparable loss caused to Humanity in general , especially the innocent unarmed residents , in both sides , of the Indo-Pak border .Those are the general masses , both sides of the barbed wires , who turn scapegoats , sometimes in their sleep after a tiring outing for living , or a teen ager moving towards schools . The military needs to come to terms with the golden mantra of “ Vasudeva kutumbakkam “ , and must overcome from petty land deals , and instead look out for creating brighter pastures for their present pieces .

The shells will be reduced to dirt , the chapter closed into a bounded book , but it will be the grief and loss of innocents life that will remain unaccounted forever .

The Japanese Ikebana: Namo Namo in Japan!!

Prime Minister Modi’s craft has finally landed, after a highly successful flight from the Pacific archipelago nation, and it returned with a perfect Ikebana on-board, as India celebrates one of the highest peaks of diplomacy with the East- Asian neighbour.
Investments to tunes of around 35 billion dollars that have been promised by the Abe government , thereby making the biggest talk point of World politi a fairy tale script for the NDA government. Japan also lifted ban on six Indian Organisations, including the HAL, after the 1998 nuclear tests.
Namo's Japanese tweets sparked huge
The 5-day visit began even before the PM was aboard, with the Charismatic Modi taking to the microblogging site “Twitter”, expressing his enthusiasm for the visit, in Japanese, thereby setting a perfect launch pad for the same.
It then witnessed diplomatic warmth at its best, when the PM was received by his Japanese counterpart himself at the Kyoto airport. It followed by the PM taking a holy dip of the holy city of Japan , witnessing the perfect blend of culture and development  going hand in hand .The Kyoto visit saw an agreement inked to develop the PM’s own constituency Varanasi in lines with the erstwhile Japanese capital city .
The PM visited several educational institutions, to take a cue how Japanese educational system maintains the right balance between modernisation and ancient values. This was followed by the much awaited summit of the Asian giants, where several bilateral agreements saw the daylight including, Japanese investment in development of High speed and semi high speed rail roads.
It was also agreed upon to set up industrial hubs at numerous locations, with a “red carpet” welcome promised for Japanese manufacturers to explore Indian shores. Strategic ties were reviewed with a consensual decision to replace the existing “two plus two” set up by a higher, direct ministerial linkage.
Defence deals, mainly pertaining to the US-II amphibian aircraft, and the transfer of aircraft technology to India was finalised. Japanese expertise to upgrade existing technical setups, like the ship breaking yard in Gujarat was also agreed upon.
The summit also saw the Asian giants agree upon renewable energy cooperation. Besides, a rare earth metal supply chain to Japan, from India was also charted in.

While things seem to be just and fine for the Indo-Japan politi , but the warmth displayed by both counterparts make it seem that India have picked a perfect ally in its road to “SABKA SAATH , SABKA BIKAS “ ,  i.e growth for all , of all , the Namo mantra .

Is alternative energy important for Education and Industries ?

"Let my thoughts ,
turn on light bulbs
and my dreams
power space ships .
Let me whisper-on
a television,
Let me tickle
a traffic light green .
Somewhere , there are factories,
fueled by laughter ,
Somewhere , there are cars
running on air .
If this can happen somewhere ,
then why can't that somewhere be here !!
why can't that somewhere be here !! "

Everyday , the world produces Carbon dioxide that is released into the earth's atmosphere and which will be still there , for say a hundred years on . This increased Carbon dioxide content , is a direct bi product of fossil fuel combustion , which serves as the primary source of energy in practice today . The Carbon dioxide content is responsible for "global warming" phenomenon , which threatens to make our living conditions worse than that in the red planet i.e mercury , and the only way out of this impending heat trap is "alternative energy".
"Alternative energy" , a term no longer alien to our dictionaries , relates to energy sources that can replenish themshelves naturally and thus are "free" resources . Moreover , such resources don't have any undesired consequences in our life , and are relatively cleaner substitutes to fossil fuels .
Alternative energy may be derived by tapping natural , free flowing resources like sunlight , winds , hot springs . etc. , or by combustible cleaner sources such as biomass . Alternative energy isn't something new at all , as official documentation suggest it's first use as early as 1219 AD , by the Cretans  , as sail-motor windmills to pump water for crops and livestock .
Replacing ancient energy resources with potentially efficient alternatives is a practice going on since ages . Be it , the replacement of "wood" with "coal" , or the presently used "petroleum" replacing "whale oil " , change in energy resources to keep in toe with their potential hazards has been practiced for long .
So on , Today our present dominant sources i.e mainly fossil fuel have outlived their use . It is indeed high time we shift to cleaner alternatives . The transition has already begun with sectors such as power generation , transport . today we need to take the trend forward to other energy intensive sectors as well .
 Alternative energy in Industries :
Manufacturing industries accounts for one-third of the total energy use worldwide . Roughly , three quarters of industrial energy use is related to production of energy-intensive commodities such as ferrous and non-ferrous metals , chemicals , petrochemicals , pulp and paper . In these sectors , energy constitutes a large proportion of total production costs , so managers pay particular attention to drive them down , in the process diminishing efforts to deride their hazardous impetus on the environment .
Although renewable energy has recieved a fair deal of attention for power generation and for residential applications , its use in industry has attracted much less attention . Renewable energy plays only a relatively small role in industry today . Biomass currently makes by far the most significant renewable energy contribution to the industry providing around 8 % of its final energy .
However , the scope for expansion are humongous . Analysis predicts a total contribution of 21 % of all final energy use and feed stock can be derived out of renewable energy . This amounts to almost 50 EJ/yr , out of the total industry requirement of 230 EJ/yr .

But for this figures to come live , and for competitiveness of bio-fuels with fossil fuels is strongly dependent on national energy policy frameworks and energy prices . Renewable sources are not cost competitive where fossil fuel are subsidized .
A stronger push for renewable energy in industry can see large contribution to industry fuel requisites by energy sources such as solar thermal energy , heat pumps and bio-mass .
Alternative energy in education :
Education today , with all modern amenities and teaching aid has become an highly energy-intensive sector . The proof is in an around us as we take notice of all the energy consumption in this giant audtorium of gathering . Practice of alternative energy in education serves for a triple point program :
1. releasing pressure on natural resources .
2. Introducing and practising clean and efficient energy usage .
3. Inculcates a habit of renewable source harnessing among the budding future generation .
It must be our aim to make our future generation believe : "sun gives us heat and electricity "
Also in rural areas , children spend a considerable amount of time in livelihood activities like firewood collection  , which proves to be the biggest hurdle in education . Introduction of renewable energy can spare considerable amount of time for educational activities .
With this  I would like to conclude my thoughts that renewable energy is of paramount importance for utilization in energy-intensive sectors such as industry and education .

PM Modi at BRICS 2014 - a new India Standing Tall on the World Stage

BRICS summit earlier this month saw India finally unveil the much hyped strong  , futuristic leadership that has been handed reins of the nation for the next 60 months , and witnesses swear by their dearest possessions that never before had they saw India provide such a positive vision , spearheading historical advents , under the charismatic leadership of PM Narendra Modi . If we go by world political pundits , India has announced itself big this summit . Here are some important striking points  of the summit :

BRICS Bank : How the PM got major world powers back his ideas

BRICS leaders .
It all began in 2010 , when the then BRIC leaders brought up the “legitimacy deficit” of institutions like IMF and the World Bank , seeking change in voting powers of emerging  powers  . This continued in 2011 , China , when the topic of reserve international currency among the BRICS (South Africa being a part now ) , was brought up  . 2012 was the turning point when the discussion on “operational modularity” of such an
institution was taken up for discussion  . But ,ever since head blocks continued to exist  , the major one being with the location of the Bank with Delhi and Shanghai competing for the same . A major breakthrough was achieved this time round , with PM Modi allowing Shanghai to host the same , with India leading the Bank for the initial six years . This is seen as a major diplomatic gain for the PMO .

PM meets Chinese President Xi Jiping at Fortaleza

PM with the Chinese President
In a first bilateral meet lasting about 80-minutes , the PM laid out a clear vision of sustainable economic growth between the Asian giants . There were also talks to settle the border dispute in a mutually agreeable , peaceful manner , adding that the growing powers must send a message by example of peaceful conflict
resolution . Also , another Kailash-Mansarovar route , keeping in mind the terrain adversities , was added as a suggestion . The PM pressed for higher Chinese investment in the infrastructure sector . President Jiping suggested service export from India as a way to stabilize the highly imbalanced trade model in the Indo-China channel . China also invited India to the APEC summit , and expressed interest in greater Indian involvement in the Shanghai Cooperation Organization . The PM also expressed interest to make the upcoming India visit of the President a major step forward to greater Indo-Chin ties .

PM meets Russian President Vladimir Putin at Fortaleza

The meet marked the PM hailing Russian support to India’s cause in the international arena since days as

early as independence . Greater and deeper ties in several fields were also discussed . The President was invited to visit the Kudankulam reactor , having a major Russian investment . The Pm described India-Russia ties to have stood the test of time and pinned hopes for drawing a broad road-map for mutually benefiting and stronger ties in the upcoming bilateral meet later this year .

PM meets Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff at Brasilia

In a unplanned round of bilateral talks , the PM was hosted by the Brazilian President wherein several important developments took place . The key developments were : Signing of MOU for better environmental co-operation ; Implementing arrangements establishing cooperation in augmentation of a Brazilian Earth center for receiving and processing data from Indian Remote Sensing (IRS) satellites .Also another MOU was signed for cooperation in field of mobility and consular issues

In short , PM Modi’s first ever multi-lateral summit as the Prime Minister indeed resulted India “Standing tall in the World Stage “ .

The Big Test – the opening stroke

It was exactly 1124 days ago , Indians last had the colossal pleasure of a test win overseas , at a period when a young captain was ably guiding his ship full of proven old-warriors to greater glories . But then , change being the only constant factor in this dramatic world , the wheels of fortune had their way and what followed was a never seen before drought of wins abroad , and a ever-increasing list of humiliation for  the men in blue , together with the supporters . And then , who has been spared the axe for non-performance , we saw stars fall high from the skies , and the replacements come and go , each time bringing in a higher disappointment for the cricket crazy nation . Calls for shedding the scapegoat , gradually raised voice , and even the charismatic leader in Dhoni wasn’t spared of this .
the last tour brought about
some horrid experience for msd
From the 8-0 drubbing from England and Australia , to the claims of going soft to let go winning conditions in New Zealand and South Africa , the charge sheet was full with every possible clause by the media and the critics . But even after this , we had a captain , holding on to the driving wheels , each time with  a greater zeal to get ashore , taking away all the goodwill and dropping all chirping bull sh*t . People were made to come in terms with “perform or perish “ rather than the “easy life for seniors “ , players were asked to follow their fighting captain , and failures were only told “better next time “ .
All this while , the whole media fraternity , along with the followers had run out of patience listening to “rebuilding phase” of their team , and took the nurturing  steps of captain cool to be a “defensive school “ , and this came at a point when , even the great man (master blaster ) had left the pavilion’s company .

All amid st this the impeding bad record of overseas drought had cast a shadow on the signs of resurgence , though in bleaker by the new flag bearers , it had dwarfed some rather amazing victories (though mostly domestic ) , and then came the Big Test , India’s tour of England 2014 , three years after the drubbing began . The cycle was now complete ……………….to be continued.
Team India aim at redemption this time round

FIFA WORLD CUP 2014 – a review

FIFA produced absolute magic  this time round with an absolutely perfect blend of twists , turns ,  upsets , destructions , heartbreaks and triumph . On records , it was the best of modern era tournaments post the heroics of Maradona and Pele . It had enough drama and suspense to get soccer lovers across all barriers of age hooked to edge of their seats .
The curtains were raised with an questionable Brazil beating Croatia , via some excellent dives , aided with what can be actually termed “gullible” officiating , but the game was off races from there .
However , the focus of the groups remain the longstanding victory of USA over arch-rivals Ghana , courtesy an excellent header by John Brooks  , which sparked hopes of higher glories for USMNT and its fans . Another thrilling group G encounter saw eventual champions Germany thrash Portugal 4-0 , who were considered favorites  by some .
The groups also brought about fall of a dynasty , when  Spain had some of their poorest outings  , remarkably best being the destruction brought by Netherlands  , when Spain were thrashed 5-1 .
Iker Casillas had a forgettable outing .
The game also saw Arjen Robben enter records book as the fastest player ever , and Robin Van Persie presented himself as the literal version of a flying Dutchman .
Spain , who had been ruling the tournament since inception , were visibly slow  and predictable , and seemed just not good enough . Iker Casillas , who is a league of his own , when it comes to keeping , kept repeating mistakes , and so did the team management by fielding slow , old midfielders , over the youth of the team .
The tournament also saw early exit of world powers England , Italy and Portugal , shattering hopes of thousands of enthusiasts  and followers . The Germans on the other hand , did what they do best and moved forward from the groups relatively unharmed .
The knockouts marked the exit of USA , who bowed out to Belgium  , while Columbia moved forward with the brilliance of James Rodriguez . Entertaining , adrenaline gushing  games were usual characteristic  of each knockout encounter .
Neymar was taken off action after a harsh foul .
Quarter finals saw Columbia lose to Brazil , with some highly questionable off-side calls  , combined with horrible officiating throughout , which saw  Neymar almost get paralyzed , as the game turned into rugby using feet .Netherlands moved forward banking on  penalties . German beat France in an rather uninspiring manner  , and Argentina moved forward beating  Belgium .

The semi finals were the hub of the most action , though Argentina moved on with a dull match , courtesy penalties . The other game saw the worst return any host can ever receive when Germany scored a landslide of goals against hosts Brazil , virtually destroying them . They decimated upon the most extremes of what they could do to the hosts . The span between 23rd and 29th minute saw the Germans pile 4 scores , even after being up by one . It seemed as if the Brazilian defense never existed .
Mario Gotze exults after scoring the decider .
Even though the German attack momentarily switched off during the second half , they scored another couple to complete what can be termed as an absolute nightmare for the Brazilian fans .
The finals saw the best defense and attack , take upon each other , and what followed was a befitting final , though it threatened to result draw after repeated nil scores .It took the last few minutes of the second extra time period when Mario Gotze finally scored the decider  . Star Argentine forward Messi had a disappointing outing as the  results shattered Messi lovers  , to be marginally compensated by the golden ball .

In all , this world cup was one of the ages , and will be remembered back as a year when Germans ruled all .
Victor Germans lift the coveted trophy .

Now , as we wait for Russia to unfurl curtains come 2018 , we can only hope to get there sooner !!

HUMPTY SHARMA KI DULHANIA – PREVIEW

CAST

VARUN DHAWAN

One of the three students who had their  debut with Kjo’s  SOTY  , has been the latest heartthrob in town . He has been seen as a rich spoilt brat in both his on-screen appearances thus far and the story seems to continue with Humpty , his character in the upcoming Kjo production . It might make audience disinterested a bit , with him displaying the same shade in each character , but his energetic moves , excellent skills both as an actor and dancer , makes the young bollywood viewer tuned to him .

ALIA BHATT

Another bollywood power family member had her debut with Kjo’s SOTY , but she shot into high fames with her latest performance in the on-screen adaption of Chetan Bhagat’s blockbuster story 2 States. It seems she’s playing a bubbly young lady in this plot , it somewhat seems to be ordinary when compared to the elite 100-crore club character in her last screen cast .

DIRECTOR

Shashank Khaitan  , the man behind the cuts , is a new name as far as direction is concerned  , and will aim for a profitable venture with his debut  in this  Dharma Production story .

TRAILER

PLOT

The plot seems to be another fairytale love story , when two lovers , who have the whole world against them when they choose love out of their parents good list . The plot seems to draw a sarcastic comparison  between an  NRI hubby and a desi-hubby  as the comic- factor in this otherwise seemingly serious story . So , it is well conclusive to expect  action and comedy  blended onto  a romantic tale much alike the post-interval story of DDLJ . The plot seems to lack innovation , but a energetic music album has got the youth waiting for the curtains to unfurl in anticipation .

BUZZ

With the third student Siddharth hitting the bulls eye in latest romantic thriller Ek-Villain , all eyes will be on how the other two fare , but it will be fair to say with a average rated trailer and good music , HSKD is predicted to fall short of Sid’s success . Also , the timing of release makes comparisons obvious and this makes it more precarious for the film’s commercial success .

The Campa Cola Compound Story .....

police and public tussle at the society gate
Today , India witnessed a hapless group of distressed Mumbaikars , line up , arm less against the BrihanMumbai Municipal Corporation and the Mumbai Police , in a last ditch effort to save what has been their shelter built of not only sand and pebbles , but their own sweat and blood . It has made the dusty lanes of Worli , Mumbai turn into a potential battle spot , with both sides unaware of each others next move , waiting for someone to make the first initiation into the tussle . But , Where did this all start , let's reconstruct a clearer view of the whole drama :
It all began in 1955 , when Pure Drinks Ltd was alloted the plot for setting up a production unit in the same . Later , in 1980 , the same company applied for permission to build residential complexes of the unused land , which was allowed by the BMC , with a approved plan of seven buildings , with up to five floors each . But , the constructors differed  from plans and went on to build five buildings each of 6-7 floors and two towers of 17 and 20 stories . This was taken into notice by the then officials of BMC , who had even brought an immediate "stop-work " notice to the builders , but to no avail . Being at a prime location , these apartments sold like hot cakes , with the occupants not having the slightest awareness of the legal tussle involved in the structure .
the save campa cola has garnered
huge support among celebs
The builders on their part had promised to settle all issues with the BMC , and as per records even some amount was collected by the BMC as fine from the builders for irregularities . Years went on , and the problem remained unsolved , with the residents entirely unaware of the fact that , they have been pushed into a building that never existed in record books . But then , life was normal for all residents , making them carelessly leave up the fact that they were yet to be provided Occupancy Certificates , though taxation , as usual was charged by the BMC to the residents .
Fresh trouble erupted when the residents lined up for water connections from the BMC , which then brought the unsettled score into the corporations memory . And since then , life has been a big question mark for those Worli residents , with every court date threatening to throw them away from what has been their shelter for years . The situation turned the ugliest turn for the residents , when even the Supreme Court of India refused to entertain their plea and ordered BMC to move forward with its plans to demolish the illegal structures .
This judgement by the honorable court is seen as a move to straighten all other such shrewd plans by other builders and set a bench mark by punishing the illegal move . But , this has also raised a few essential queries :
1. Where was the BMC's swiftness for the last 34 years . Seven buildings and two of them towers cannot be built overnight , hidden from the public and BMC officials ,  had it reacted promptly during the construction period , then would the situation have been as bad as it is now  ?
2. The builders being allowed to go on with a "stop-work" notice smells of something fishy , perhaps a nexus between the then officials of BMC and the builders , then will the highest temple of justice in the nation bring the officials into investigation ?
3. The builders , the prime accused in this plot , what is the administrations plans about them ?
4. Will the BMC , which has been collecting legal taxes of those illegal residents , acknowledge its fault and refund the sums collected as holding taxes , etc . over the period ?
5. The residents have been said to have legal possession documents , then how did the government machinery collect stamp duties for illegal possession documents ?
On a ending note , there are several such illegal structures all around the country , the notably best being the Adarsh Housing Board , will the same course of action be taken by the lawmakers , or will presence of influential names in the occupancy force a softened stand , well its for the time to tell , for now it's important that the Honorable Supreme Court self-introspects its move on whether is it actually setting a benchmark decision for such cases , and if yes then is it punishing the guilty or the victims ?
a banner pleading support from fellow countrymen by campa cola residents

Theatrical Trailer

The Plot

Though predictability is pretty low for the movie's plot from what we have received yet , it seems we are to be presented with a action-packed edge-of-the seat thriller suspense , though romance seems to be on a high note . The story is said to be of villains and their love affairs , and that is all we are available with till now . While every new bite in form of interview , songs  or poster adds another twist to imaginative build-up in the audience's mind , the actual content can be unleashed only when the curtains rise on 27th .

Buzz and Reception
The trailer and especially the songs have been highly acclaimed by every critic , who have been vocal of Ek-Villain subduing all competitors for a rich collection . There has been a special mention of the music directors as critics say " never was such a complete album made , a box full of chartbusters " , and its predictable , this is all set to achieve a big milestone and it has the audience's buzz in its favor .

PM in Bhutan - googly for others , bull's eye for India

From the day he was to-be sworn in as the future prime minister , Namo has been busy planning strategic efforts to bring back diplomatic relations with all our neighbors from the lows we have seen in the past . Be it inviting all SAARC premiers to the swearing-in ceremony or selecting Bhutan as his first foreign destination since coming to office  , the leader is always seen en-route to a perfect bingo at the end .
His latest decision of selecting Bhutan over other invites has come as a unbelievable feat attained for the Bhutanese power , while it was the need of the hour to have Bhutan , in favor as a very important strategic move . Over the last few months , there have been repeated reports of anti-India organisations operating from Bhutan . Also , some major diplomatic errors by the past government had seen Bhutan inch closer towards China .
Also , the geographic location of Bhutan makes it extremely important , being a defense buffer between the Asian giants of India and China , so , Bhutan being made the first spot in the PM's visit has not come as a surprise for expert diplomats .
In his address to the Bhutanese house , Namo laid stress on how a strong India is good for the whole SAARC region , and how Bhutan is a major element in India's future strategies . He described the India-Bhutan friendship to have stood the test of time , and  also announced further expansion in several trade and developmental agreements .
Seeing the warmth involved by both sides in visit , one can say , happier and good days are here for long between the two neighbors

Sports Bites : Weighing the India Cap ..

Each time a new cap has been presented to a fortunate individual , it has made the media houses go tizzy sniffing out reasons behind the player making the cut , so it was more than expected for the news that a team of new-faces and returning-faces representing India in the ongoing Bangla series to sell as hot cakes . The situation was made more tricky when the host captain welcomed the so-called "second-string Team India " with an unpleasant remark of being surprised at the light-weight approach of BCCI towards the series and thus ended up spicing up the dead rubber .
As the teams headed for the first time in Mirpur yesterday , it was a lose-lose situation for both , with Bangladesh under the threat of severe unpopularity , losing from a weaker India , whilst Team India were to lose sight of potential comebacks in case of a poor outing . There were several debates whether the Indian cap has been devalued going by the number of new faces in the squad but the emphatic victory that the team had in Mirpur yesterday has seen the dust settle down . With India taking a 1-0 lead in the three match affair , it remains to be seen who has the last laughter , and what results do the BCCI's new experiment bore for it .

The intro chord ....

In today s webbed , self-socialized life led by us , indigenous thought process is more or less an extinct species . We try to emulate the most shiny profile in our contact list , and in the process end-up losing the original self created by the almighty . It is aptly said " if all the faces were to be fine and best , the world would have been a boring store of identical toys " . So , keeping in mind the need to have a channel which allows to see ourselves in our own reflection , we begin this journey of posting the heart's treasures and display them before the worldly brains ......
